Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig November 21, 1983) is an American actress best recognized for her performances in the roles of Shannon Rutherford on the ABC television show Lost and Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. Following the divorce of her parents the actress left Worthington in Ohio and moved at Los Angeles. It was a struggle to survive when she got her first part in the acting world in Rachel's Room's lead character. Her performance of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the TV film Murder In Greenwich in 2002 earned her nominations for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the character Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons in 2004 and she shared the Screen Actors Guild Award (with all the other actors) with her. Grace wanted to focus on film after starring opposite Tom Welling's character in The Fog, in 2005. She starred as Kim Mills opposite Liam Neeson (both in Taken 2008) on Suburban Girl as well as The Jane Austen Book Club. She reprised her role as Kim Mills in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the lead role Alice In Malice in Wonderland a modern adaptation of Lewis Carroll's book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace was Shannon again in Lost's finale and in two additional episodes. She appeared in 2013's six-season of Californication. The character she plays is Faith as an admirer and muse to the stars. Hank Moody as played by David Duchovny falls in love with her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. As a part of the Gyllenhaal Family she is the daughter and elder sister of actor Jake Gyllenhaal. The first time she appeared in the films of her father as an adolescent. Together with her brother she also appeared in Donnie Darko (2000). She appeared next in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). The leading roles of Gyllenhaal in Secretary, the romantic comedy-drama erotico and Sherrybaby (a film) received her nominations for Golden Globe Award. After several commercially successful films in 2006, including World Trade Center she received more attention for her role as Rachel Dawes in the superhero film The Dark Knight (2008). The film was nominated in the Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress for her performance as Rachel Dawes in Crazy Heart, (2009). The roles she played in subsequent films include Nanny McPhee, in the Big Bang and Hysteria. The actress also appeared as the role of a Secret Service Agent in White House Down the action thriller from 2013, as well as a singer as Frank (2014), a musician Frank (2014), and the lead role in The Kindergarten Teacher, a drama released in the year 2018. The debut of Gyllenhaal as a filmmaker and writer came in 2021 when she wrote The Lost Daughter, a psychological drama in which she won an award at the Venice International Film Festival Best Screenplay Award. In addition, she won the Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay.
